Le Bateau Ivre, Voyelles, Ma Bohême, Le Dormeur du Val… more than a century after his death, the poems of Arthur Rimbaud have not ceased to feed the poetic imagination of readers the world over.
From the poems of youth, to the Illuminations, the sensational Lettres du Voyant and the contributions to the Album Zutique, the manuscripts of Arthur Rimbaud reproduced in this work are the moving traces of the most decisive moments of his creation. This work contains all known poems written by Rimbaud to this day, some of which appear in different versions.
In order to create this collection, the publisher drew up an inventory of the poet's manuscripts, then contacted each collector, museum and institution in France, Switzerland and England. Once the manuscripts had been brought together and put in chronological order, meticulous restoration work was carried out to restore them to their original splendour.
