Changed your mind about an item you ordered?

14 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

In accordance with article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, and as detailed in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we offer a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date a package is received. Returns cannot be accepted after this period has elapsed.

The package must be returned within the 14 days following receipt, as evidenced by the postmark.

The customer is responsible for return costs with the exception of items received in a damaged condition. We advise that any returns be made by tracked parcel to avoid any losses. If the returned package is lost, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Once the returned package is received, a refund or exchange will be provided within ten days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be returned unopened, unused and completely intact. Please ensure to add the return voucher to your package, this can be printed off when you make a return request on the website.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Open the ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS section of your client account.
Click once on the order N°.

Within the order, select the line or lines for the articles you wish to return.
Choose the quantity to be returned.

Enter the reason for your return (optional)
Click on GENERATE A RETURN
Edit the return voucher and add it to your package

Go to your account, opening MY RETURNS AND MERCHANDISE

REFUNDS

As part of our returns policy, we offer the choice between a refund and a credit note.

A refund: will be provided within the 10 days following receipt of your returned package. It will take the form of a credit made to your bank card.
A credit note: on receipt of your returned package, we will provide you with a discount voucher equal in value to the refund amount, we will also notify you of this by mail. When placing a subsequent order, this voucher will appear when you confirm the order: you are then able to use it and deduct it from the amount to be paid.
